Direct feed lighting
bars are manufactured using Andolites' square ABS socket, which offers
increased robustness and an aesthetic design.
Direct feed lighting bars are available in two versions. For semi-permanent
installations bars fed by an 18 core PVC sheathed cable are available
either with wire tails or fitted with a multi-core cable. For permanent
installations bars fitted with a PVC sheathed flexible metal conduit
and tri-rated single core tails can be manufactured to order. This allows
direct connection via electrical trunking to a junction box or to dimmer
outlet or patch panel. Both types have cable entry via a collar on the
end of the bar with a suitable gland or adaptor.
