19IN RACK CABINETS & ACCESSORIES

Andolite offer a range of standard and custom products based on the 19 inch industry standard rack design.

19IN BLANK RACK PLATES

Andolite manufacture a range of blank 19inch wide rack mounting plates.

Features include:

  • Steel plates with reinforcing returns top and bottom are available up to 8U.
  • Flat plates manufactured from 3mm aluminium are available up to 4U

19IN CUSTOM RACKS AND PANELS

Andolite offer a full design and manufacturing service and so are able to provide any custom requirement you may have.

19IN PUNCHED RACK PLATES

We have a range of standard punched plates and can custom manufacture to order

Features include:

  • Plates are available punched for DMX connectors – 1U punched for 12 and 2U punched for 24.
  • Plates are also punched for 15A/16A - six sockets on a 2U plate.

19IN SOCKET BOXES

A range of 19inch wide rack mounting modules designed to enable touring and event systems to be pre-assembled and tested prior to shipment to site thus saving expensive and scarce get-in and set-up time.

The following are examples but custom modules can be supplied:

  • Socapex/Lectriflex Splitters have a 3 x 6 channel inlet splitting to 3 pairs of outlet connectors either direct or counter paralleled. Socapex units are 2U high with the larger Lectriflex connectors requiring 3U.
  • Socket Outlet Modules are simple outlet modules with 6 or 12 sockets fed by a male Socapex or Lectriflex inlet. Hard wired versions are also available.
  • Power Modules. The basic power module has a 63A 3ph CEE inlet connector feeding three 63A 1ph CEE sockets with either MCB over current protection or with MCB and RCD to also protect for earth leakage. A wide range of other power modules can be provided.

RACK CABINETS AND BOXES

Andolite manufacture a range of standard wall mounting rack cabinets, in two depths, for a variety of uses and also a standard range of Rackboxes.

400mm deep rack cabinets:

  • 400mm deep 500mm wide rack cabinets are available in 4U, 9U, 14U, 16U, 20U and 24U sizes and are supplied flat packed complete with assembly screws and a supply of M4 cage nuts.
  • Are manufactured from mild steel and black textured polyester powder finished.
  • Units are fully punched on the front and fully punched on the rear with the exception of the top and bottom 1U sections where wall fixing holes are provided.

100mm deep rack cabinets:

  • 100mm deep 500mm wide rack cabinets are available in 2U, 3U, 4U, 6U and 8U sizes and are of all welded construction with a supply of M4 cage nuts.
  • Are manufactured from mild steel and black textured polyester powder finished.

Rackboxes:

  • All units have a standard width of 500mm.
  • Standard depth is 100mm, but other depths can be manufactured to order.
  • In 4U, 6U, 8U, 12U and 16U heights, all with a fully welded solid back.
