ANDOLITE - MR12, 12 Channel DMX Mains Relay Wall Pack (Three Phase)

This three-phase system features MCB, Isolator, and RJ45/Screw Terminals. It offers a DMX mains relay switching system with options for 6, 12, or 24 channels. Each model is housed in standard electrical cabinets with steel hinged lockable doors, with glass doors available upon request. The 6 and 12 output models are contained within a 500 x 400 x 150mm enclosure, while the 24 output model fits into a 600 x 600 x 200mm housing.

A variety of options enables customers to tailor the system to their specific needs. Choices include:

• Mains Supply: Single or three-phase
• Supply Input Switch: Isolator or RCD
• Output Protection: Available options include Single Pole MCB, Neutral Switching MCB, RCBO, with manufacturers such as Techna or ABB
• Current selection on each output channel: 6A, 10A, or 16A
• Arc Fault Detection Devices combined with RCBO (AFDD) are available upon special request, with pricing and manufacturer details to be discussed.

DMX connectivity includes two sets of 3-way screw terminals (for hardwired DMX), two RJ45 sockets, and 5-pin XLR connectors (one male, one female), along with 3-pin XLR connectors (one male, one female). To prevent large surge currents when all circuits are activated simultaneously, each relay has a 0.25-second delay at power-on. Each output offers individual control via standard DMX, using a Single Pole MCB, Neutral Switching MCB, or RCBO.

DMX Address Setting

The unit has two DMX operation modes, selectable via the DMX Address dials. In standard DMX mode, each output is independently controlled, utilizing the full range of a universe. In DMX sense mode, the unit waits for a valid DMX stream before sequencing the outputs on and will sequence them off again if the DMX stream is lost for 10 minutes.
