ANDOLITE - MR12, 12 Channel DMX Mains Relay Wall Pack (Three Phase)

This three-phase unit features MCB, Isolator, and RJ45/Screw Terminals. It offers a versatile DMX mains relay switching system with options for 6, 12, or 24 channels. Each model is housed in standard electrical cabinets with steel, lockable hinged doors, with glass doors available upon request. The 6 and 12 output models are contained in a 500 x 400 x 150mm housing, while the 24 output model is in a 600 x 600 x 200mm housing.

Customers can customize their requirements with various options, including:

• Mains Supply: Single or three-phase
• Supply Input Switch: Isolator or RCD
• Output Protection: Single Pole MCB, Neutral Switching MCB, RCBO, with options from Techna or ABB
• Current Selection: Adjustable on a per output channel basis (6A, 10A, 16A)
• Arc Fault Detection Devices (AFDD) with RCBO available on special order

For DMX connectivity, the unit includes:

• Two sets of 3-way screw terminals for hardwired DMX
• Two RJ45 sockets
• 5-pin XLR connectors (1 male, 1 female)
• 3-pin XLR connectors (1 male, 1 female)

To prevent large surge currents when activating all circuits, each relay has a 0.25-second delay upon power-up. Individual control of each output is possible via standard DMX, using Single Pole MCB, Neutral Switching MCB, or RCBO.

DMX Address Setting

The unit supports two DMX operation modes selectable via the address dials. In standard DMX mode, each output is independently controlled, utilizing the full range of a universe. In DMX sense mode, the unit waits for a valid DMX stream before activating outputs, and it will deactivate them if the stream is lost for more than 10 minutes.
