Andolite - MR24, 24 Channel Dmx Mains Relay Wall Pack (Single Phase)

ANDOLITE - MR24 is a 24 Channel DMX Mains Relay Wall Pack designed for single-phase applications. It features MCB, Isolator, and RJ45/Screw Terminals. This DMX mains relay switching system offers 6, 12, or 24 channels and is housed in standard electrical cabinets with lockable steel hinged doors (glass doors are available upon request). The 6 and 12 output models come in a 500 x 400 x 150mm housing, while the 24 output channel model is housed in a 600 x 600 x 200mm cabinet.

Customers can customize their units with various options, including:

• Mains Supply: Single or 3 phase
• Supply Input Switch: Isolator or RCD
• Output Protection: Single Pole MCB, Neutral Switching MCB, RCBO, Techna, or ABB
• Current Selection: 6A, 10A, 16A per output channel
• Arc Fault Detection Devices (AFDD) combined with RCBO, available upon special request

DMX connectivity options include two sets of 3-way screw terminals (hardwired DMX), two RJ45 sockets, and both 5-pin and 3-pin XLR connectors (male and female). To prevent large surge currents upon simultaneous circuit activation, each relay includes a 0.25-second delay at power-on. Each output is individually controllable via standard DMX.

DMX Address Setting

The unit offers two DMX operation modes selected via the DMX Address dials. In standard DMX mode, each output functions independently utilizing the full universe range. In DMX sense mode, the unit activates outputs only when a valid DMX stream is present and sequences them off if the DMX stream is lost for 10 minutes.
