ANDOLITE - MR6, 6 Channel DMX Mains Relay Wall Pack (Single Phase)

This single-phase unit includes an MCB, isolator, and RJ45/screw terminals. It offers a DMX mains relay switching system with 6, 12, or 24 channels. All models are housed in standard electrical cabinets with steel hinged lockable doors, with glass doors available upon request. The 6 and 12 output models are housed in 500 x 400 x 150mm enclosures, while the 24 channel model uses a 600 x 600 x 200mm enclosure.

A variety of options allow customers to customize their requirements, including:

• Mains Supply: Single or 3-phase
• Supply Input Switch: Isolator or RCD
• Output Protection: Single Pole MCB, Neutral Switching MCB, RCBO, Techna, or ABB
• Current selection per output channel: 6A, 10A, or 16A
• Arc Fault Detection Devices combined with RCBO (AFDD) available by special order (pricing and manufacturer to be discussed)

The unit supports DMX in & thru connections via:

• 2 sets of 3-way screw terminals (hardwired DMX)
• 2 x RJ45 sockets
• 5-pin XLR connectors (1 male + 1 female)
• 3-pin XLR connectors (1 male + 1 female)

To prevent large surge currents when activating all circuits, each relay features a 0.25-second delay at power on. Each output can be individually controlled via standard DMX with options for single pole MCB, neutral switching MCB, or RCBO.

DMX Address Setting

The unit offers two DMX operation modes, selectable via the DMX address dials. In standard DMX mode, each output is independently managed, utilizing the full DMX universe. In DMX sense mode, the unit waits for a valid DMX stream before activating outputs, and will sequence them off if the stream is lost for more than 10 minutes.
