ANDOLITE - MR6, 6 Channel DMX Mains Relay Wall Pack (Three Phase)
The ANDOLITE MR6 is a three-phase DMX mains relay switching system available in 6, 12, or 24 channel configurations. Each model is housed in standard electrical cabinets with steel, lockable hinged doors, with glass doors available upon request. The 6 and 12 output models come in a (HxWxD) 500 x 400 x 150mm housing, while the 24 output channel model is in a (HxWxD) 600 x 600 x 200mm housing.
Customers can tailor the system to meet their specific needs with a variety of options, including:
- Mains Supply: Single or three-phase
- Supply Input Switch: Isolator or RCD
- Output Protection: Single Pole MCB, Neutral Switching MCB, RCBO, with components from Techna or ABB
- Current selection per output channel: 6A, 10A, or 16A
Arc Fault Detection Devices combined with RCBO (AFDD) can be arranged through special order, with pricing and manufacturer to be determined.
The system includes DMX in & thru connectors featuring:
- 2 sets of 3-way screw terminals (hardwired DMX)
- 2 x RJ45 sockets
- 5-pin XLR connectors (1 x male, 1 x female)
- 3-pin XLR connectors (1 x male, 1 x female)
To prevent large surge currents when all circuits are activated simultaneously, each relay is designed with a 0.25-second delay upon power-on. Users have individual control over each output via standard DMX, using a Single Pole MCB, Neutral Switching MCB, or RCBO.
DMX Address Setting
The unit supports two DMX operation modes, selectable via the DMX Address dials. In standard DMX mode, each output is independently controlled, utilizing the full range of a DMX universe. In DMX sense mode, the unit sequences the outputs on when a valid DMX stream is detected and will sequence them off once the DMX stream is lost for over 10 minutes.
